If Musgrave is brought back as OC, this guy won't watch anymore; not that the Vikes would care, but hopefully some of you will follow my lead.

Brickey needs to put a little air under his shot. Too flat, too flat. Looks like the Microwave, but Vinnie got off the floor when he shot.

Flip-- Why don't you sign your own name to these columns. It's obvious that they're your words.

I love that Harvin tried to come back from injury too soon to stick it to the Vikings and promptly re-aggravated his hip. Dumping injury-prone Rice and Harvin have been some of Spielman's best moves.

Is Sid Hartman still alive? Maybe his son is ghost writing for him. Two years ago when I wrote on here that Rubio was a horrific shooter, I got all thumbs down. I'm sure you guys have been frantically trying to find my posts to apologize to me this year. (Yeah right). It's a (pathetic) human trait that people rarely *remember* when they've been wrong, and even if they do, rarely admit it. But back to Sid speaking of being wrong a lot..That's kind of liking saying snow is white.

Rubio didn't start playing basketball this year. He is in his ninth year of professional basketball, more than most guys' careers. To call him young is accurate age-wise but in basketball years he's a grizzled vet. Either he is what he is or all of the work he is doing in the gym has gone for naught because it hasn't shown results. Either he needs new and better skill coaching or he should be traded while everyone in Our League believes he's great. There are many more better-rounded point guards in Our League that have to be guarded in the last 2 minutes, most of whom the Wolves had and traded or drafted for others. You'd think by now the front office would realize that these teams they are drafting for know more than they and just keep the players. At any rate there should be no worry about a max deal for Rubio....but I bet these guys hand him the money. Right in character as the rodeo clowns of Our League.

komencentz: I can't agree more!!! Musgrave and the insistence on playing Ponder, was the downfall of Frazer.... They need to seriously look at the four teams left in the playoffs, and watch their offensive sets... How many have two to three tight ends in the game? How many have at least three wide outs on EVERY play.... It is so obvious, it's sickening to vikings' fans everywhere who have had enough west coast and tampa lose....

Flip how come Steph Curry is such a good shot? They are the same age. If my memory serves me right we could have gotten Curry as the 5th or 6th draft choice. But nice try Flip and letting Trey go was a work of geniuis too. When does all the madness stop for this franchise?

It's amazing how much the Vikings acquisition of Steve Hutchinson has cost the Seahawks in their efforts to get even. They have now overpaid Percy Harvin, Sidney Rice and Nate Burleson as well as giving up way too much for Harvin. Sooner or later they are going to have to concede Minnesota got the better of them with Hutchinson and move on.

How many people are still going to be on this Zimmer bandwagon if he wants Musgrave as his OC? That's what I've been talking about. Get the guy with the best connections to be the head coach. It was a big downfall for Frazier. He was scrapping the bottom of the barrel. Looks like Zimmer would be doing that too. By now Del Rio and Whisenhunt are going to have some strong connections. They've already been HC's and they also will know what they're looking for. Remember that at one time Tice, Childress, and Frazier were all head coaching candidates that people were excited about too just like Zimmer.
