English is the defacto American language and is spoken by 95% of legal Americans. I know we want to be accepting of all, but even in NM, what should we pay to accommodate non conformists?

If they want to live and work in this country then they should make all efforts to learn the language and at least be able to understand it in order to get the advantages they want. If not, get an interpreter to help you.
