Welcomed warm-up thaws out the metro area but also causes several water pipes to break

Minnesotans are welcoming the relative warm-up to above-zero temperatures after last week’s historic deep freeze, but the thaw also comes with complications, including bursting water main pipes across the metro.

Ya, our bridges fall down and the water mains break, but hey, we bought a rich guy a billion dollar stadium :(

It's NOT Ziggy's stadium. He cant sell it, cant take it with him. Doesn't belong to him.

DaveMN55: Um, yes, that's a good point. Ziggy isn't paying for the stadium. There aren't many of us in town who have use for a football stadium and so it makes no sense for us to pay for a stadium either. It seems pretty straightforward that we could and should seriously consider taking the money that is planned for that stadium and spend it on something useful instead.
