But Wild and its coach know there’s more work to be done.

I'm tired of all you negatives who want to fire this person or trade that person. Get over it! Fletcher has assembled the greatest roster in Wild history and we have coach who is on the up and up. Koivu is a legitimate first line centerman, and Parise and Suter were more than worthy of 13 year contracts. NOOOOTTTTTTTT! FIRE SOMEONE, TRADE EVERYONE, TEXAS WILD!

Maybe all this winning streak shows is that Koivu, Parise, Spurgeon and Harding aren't as valuable as we, and they, thought they were.

Mister Know it all says, as I have said, no coincidence exists with how the team is playing now as I called it before it happened, Yeo just is not the right coach for this team that Fletch has assembled. Koivou has to be in the trade conversations if the intent is to keep Yeo, I am not close enough to the team to know what others exist. This team can't play a respectable brand of hockey game with Yeo as coach with all of these Klondikes when they get back healthy...... I want one of those Heatley Bobbleheads, funniest bobblehead I have ever seen. Having one of those bobbling in your living room almost makes you want Daniel to stick around

I think it's been a marvelous turnaround. I completely agree with Russo that Yeo would have been gone if the Wild would have been beaten by Buffalo or Washington. Not only did that not happen but then they went on the road and won two "impossible" games. Life is a trip! I have no clue what makes a team look so inept for two weeks and then look like world-beaters the next two weeks. I'm glad for the coach, the team and the fans. Keep it up, boys!

I am just happy they are winning. I would be more happy if they were to continue to win.

It happens quite often in sports. The superstar is outdone by the young, unproven, hungry wannabe superstars of the sport. I do think there are a few high salaried players, that better be looking behind them to see who is starting to get noticed....

PS... the first teaser paragraph under the title of this article, pretty much says it all... like it or not.

It is a long season and we will see where they end up, if they make the playoffs and how far they go. We should be seeing year on year improvement or Fletch and Yeo are not doing their jobs.

Reminds me of the Gopher football turnaround this season. I was calling for both coaches heads until their teams started winning after losing some key players. Sports are unpredictable, which is why I stopped betting.

This team has certainly improved from last year. Its fun to see some of the younger guys getting called up and contributing. I like the direction the Wild are going.
