Twin Cities median home sales prices

This list includes all Regional Multiple Listing Service Districts from the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors that had 25 or more transactions last year. Some districts can include more than one adjacent community, and remember that the mix of what's selling can influence the median price. For example, communities that saw lots of expensive new construction last year will show bigger price increases.

Just for the editors: I don't know all those neighborhoods by name. I would like to see this data on a heat map.

It would also be cool if the sorting feature would sort correctly.

I agree that it would be clearer to add a map, another point would be to name all the neighborhoods of Mpls, rather have the mixture you have now - "Linden Hills" and "Mpls - Downtown". Finally, it appears you have a "Near North" and a "Mpls - Near North"?
