Lakeville man charged in I-35 crash that killed passenger

A Lakeville man has been charged with criminal vehicular homicide and first-degree drunken driving in connection with a Dec. 28 crash on Interstate 35 near Elko New Market that killed an 18-year-old woman who was riding in the car.

3 DUI's and a few minor drug convictions. Why does he still have a license?

I was hit & injured by a drunk driver a few years ago. She had no license or insurance & had a dwi 3 months earlier. The Hennepin county judge hardly did any thing for a sentence. I hope the county over there does something about this.
