Delta passengers: Get ready for more plugins, space in overhead bin and bathroom

Until they announce they're rolling out *Assigned* overhead bins, it just means more room for some other clown to stash his stuff above your seat.

Too bad most of those planes have been sent to Atlanta and New York. What's the plan for the lousy MD-88's and commuter jets that most of MSP gets these days?
