It's Minnesota, the winter is cold, there is black ice, there is snow. What do people want? Have the Governor shut down the state Christmas to April?

The roads are slick out there people. My back-end was slipping around going 30 mph on Hennepin this morning. Drive safe, keep enough space between cars.

"dizabz - Nobody's asking for anything here."...I know for a fact schools wanted to delay 2hrs and parents pushed back on the superintendents to close again. Wednesday and Thursday lows are supposed to be the same as today, should we close schools again? Ironically, it's too cold to go to school but still warm enough for parents to bring their kids to MOA.

Schools need to close if they believe their students are in a dangerous situation. Parents decide what they want to do with their own kids. Who are you blaming, the schools or the parents? People make their own choices.

Back and forth, up and down, yes or no, Minnesota this, Minnesota that, blah, blah, blah. Talk all you want. No matter what side you take, the fact remains that the rest of the country thinks your all nuts to live there.

But lets keep buying road chemicals that don't work below 10 degrees rather than investing in some that work at -25!

I am a fast driver typically going 80-85 in good conditions on 94. I am getting tailgated left and right the past two days going 55-60 as the tires are slipping some and there is no way I could make a 5-car length sudden stop on black ice. I'm not getting into an accident and waiting outside for an hour in this cold!

Be careful!!! There is a LOT of black ice on the roads. I rolled my truck over on Wirth Parkway going just 30mph this morning.

Isn't the speed limit on Wirth Parkway 25 mph?
