Sen. Rand Paul says he's filing lawsuit over NSA policies on email and phone records

WASHINGTON — Republican Sen. Rand Paul says he is filing suit against the Obama administration over the data-collection policies of the National Security Agency. On his website, he's urging Americans to join the lawsuit, in his words, "to stop Barack Obama's NSA from snooping on the American people."

let sue paul for playing partisan games with our national security. It's not "Obama's NSA" it's the Unites States NSA including congress and paul's NSA. So if you want to do something about YOUR NSA paul than do so without the games.

In his brief senate career, Rand Paul has attacked a plethora of disparate issues, too often without proper facts or reasoning; however, this might be one that gains traction. Eventually, even the blind pig finds an acorn.

I'm a big supporter of national security. After all, that is the primary and principal purpose of the Federal government. However, when police are unable to search street criminals without reasonable cause ... but the Federal government doesn't require reasonable cause to search the general citizenry ... well, there is definitely something wrong with the picture.
