Why are we citizen's allowing law enforcement to turn Minnesota into a police state. All motorist must now travel our roadways in fear. While law enforcement is engaged in revenue generating activities disguised as public safety, who is protecting our neighborhood from murders, thieves and vandals? If public safety where the objective the Federal Highway administration and Minnesota Department of Public Safety would be using their finite tax dollars to provide alternative transportation to New Years Eve revelers. Truth is traffic law enhances officer's resumes by preying on defenseless victims. Generates a lot of revenue for law enforcement, but does not make society any safer. How many law enforcement officers where scene between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm on our metro roadways?
