Minnesota bracing to b-r-r-r-ing in new year with subzero cold

Northern Minnesota began wrestling with the cold Saturday night. In Duluth, authorities were wrestling with the partial collapse of an awning.

It's supposed to drop about 50ยบ F. in twelve hours? Rocks are going to be exploding and stuff. Or is that when it gets hot all of a sudden? Whatever. It will be awful.
