Ahh yes. The LIES told about same sex marriage. I sure am wondering when all those LIES and MISTRUTHS will be happening. People love other people. Hatred is NOT a family value. Attempting to destroy a persons love for another person is nothing more than your hatred. Making up lies what your imagination comes up with on a topic you know nothing about, all hatred. Love your neighbor as yourself. Teach your children respect for everyone. Respect and tolerance.

Top story of 2013 indeed! But, when they were attempting to pass gay marriage there were all these comments on how people would be marrying their pets and sisters, etc, etc. Of course, there was no basis for these thoughts- they only came out of the extreme right wing's imagination. The same way they imagine all kinds of voter fraud. Guess how many people have tried to marry a pet or sibling? How about exactly zero. This story is one more example on why we should never listen to the the right wing agenda. It is nothing but scare tactics to influence the gullible. They are wrong 100% of the time.

Jimdog, evidently you haven't heard about Utah lawsuits, trying to force muliple partner weddings. And, I am surprised you would be opposed to them, if this is about Love. you should be able to marry anyone you love, right? Oh, not anyone, just those that the left approve of. Oh, I get it. Thanks for clarifying.

ificantucant------Are you really in favor of being able to marry the person you love, or just the marriages YOU approve of. Funny how those professing that people should be able to marry whomever they love always want to impose THEIR limitations, but scream when someone else has limitations they don't like.

The year 2013 will most likely go down in history as the tipping point both in the acceptance and judicial clarification of marriage equality. While the Supreme Court stopped short of a comprehensive ruling, it set the stage for the lower federal courts to clarify the issue citing the powerful "equal protection under the law" argument. While we are probably two years out before SCOTUS makes marriage equality the law of the land, 2013 will be an important year in the history of equal rights.

So if you want to take your cause and rally up enough support go for it! You seem to be really obsessed about it so I'm guessing you feel discriminated against. So can you remind us again of the group you support and are defending?

Really? So Gay Marriage is the TOP story??? Gay's who number less than 5% of our population? I'm so tired of these tiny minority groups getting catered to. Top story....I guess for liberal's fools.
