This so sad -- nothing at Walmart is worth dying for.

Walmart, or not, it wasn't worth dying for.

At least it wasn't an innocent person in the wrong place at the wrong time who was killed in her attempt to flee.

Another heart-warming Walton's Christmas story.

I often wonder what about these stories in other states are news for us in MN. Then it hits me, it's not. Media throws these stories out because they do not spend more time on local news. And frankly, they offer us these stories as a form of titillation. You may ask why did I read? Only to see why she was fleeing Walmart. Crazy things happen at that store.

This is such a tragedy. We should never stop anyone from committing a crime. They should be able to walk in, steal what they want and go home without any interference.

They write stories, and share stories from other state and places because this is a newspaper. News paper. There are many stories you will like and not like...and others will like and not like others. Give up on judging publically on stores. This was about a person fleeing after stealing, and dying while having a child in the car. It does NOT MATTER what store she stole from. It matters that she stole and died after fleeing. Personally I guess I am interested in what she was stealing...and how old she and her child were. We know she was 31 from the story.

Who would have thought that Karma would be working so hard on Christmas Eve?

Is catching a shoplifter enough reason for a high-speed chase ending in death?
