It really sounds like there is some history between these guys. Its not like people use film anymore so they could have deleted the photo and waited for the idiot to leave. Unless he was actually attacking the folks in the picture. Then fire away.

Good reason to shoot someone. I wonder what would happen if you really made the guy angry.

Harper had every right to be in the space they were taking the picture and clearly feared for his life from the resulting altercation. The fact that he pursued McKinnis had nothing to do with it. Harper was just standing his ground. Not guilty.

"they could have deleted the photo and waited for the idiot to leave." --- So your take on this is to blame the victims and not the thug who pulled the trigger. Nice.

Whoever wrote the title for this article lacks reading comprehension. Harper is the guy who photobombed the picture AND shot one of the people whose picture he disrupted. Makes for a very different story than what the headline says.

Either your headline writer lacks reading comprehension skills or the AP got the story wrong. The headline reads: 'Man Shot 6 times for photobombing group picture...', yet the article clearly states that the 'photobomber' was in fact Harper, the shooter.
