Key mistakes in regulation sent what seemed like a sure win to the extra session, and the troubles didn’t end there.

Oh, but they tried hard.

A few bonehead plays but they actually played with some intensity for a change.

Who was worse - KMart with the 6 turnovers or Rubio scoreless? Real bad loss.

A five point lead with less than 30 seconds remaining and lose. Nothing from the guards, offensively or defensively. Nothing from Brewer. Martin makes two bonehead plays at the end of the game. A Herculean effort by Love is wasted - again. And why is Pekovich the "go to" player at the end of games? He missed a lay up toward the end of regulation and rushed what would have been the game winner. Rubio is too much of a liability. Every shot he took was hesitant; he passed up who knows how many shots because he was afraid to shoot. Barea is too inconsistent. Martin disappeared, except when it came time to lose the ball. Another winnable game blown. Zgoda got it right, the Wolves gave the game away.

Kmart??? and Rubio 0 points in 38 minutes.

At some point you have to look at coaching. We continue to blow late leads. All we needed to do was inbound the ball and not turn it over. Adelman seems to burn his timeouts and not have enough for the end of the game. A team is a reflection of the coach and at some point he should take responsibility for the teams performance.

KMart not only coughed the ball up without anybody touching him, forcing the game into overtime, he also lofted a half court pass right to a Clipper to assist on the other basket that allowed the Clips to tie the game. This loss falls squarely on KMart melting down in the last minute. Rubio is useless out there with no ability to score whatsoever. Bah A Moute can't even make a layup. Horrible trade to acquire him. KLove and Pek need help. No one else on the team can score consistently. They can't play 2 against 5 every game and expect to win. Just a horrible loss, but an exciting game to watch.

Yikes...someone better make sure Love actually flies back with the team

Rubio has become a liability for the Wolves. He passed the ball to Martin in the backcourt and stood with his hands on his knee's while Martin was getting double teamed. What is that? Rubio looked like he didn't want to be out there at the end of regulation. Then throw in J.J. with his forced prayers for shots...he didn't even hit the rim. The Coach takes the fall for this. When the game is on the line, you go to your star player. His name is KEVIN LOVE! Love is having the best game of his life and they throw it down low to Pek, then J.J. throws up his wild stuff. Why is J.J. out there Coach? Why aren't you telling your team to get the ball to KLove Coach? The Clippers know how to get the ball to Chris Paul. The Thunder know how to get the ball to Durant. The Heat know how to get the ball to James. Kevin Love was standing wide open at the three point line and Rubio throws it down to Pek again, at the end of O.T. Is that what you wanted Coach? On the road and you are going for a tie with Pek? You go for the win on the road, with your best player standing at the three point line. When I saw the Wolves were going with Rubio and Barera in the backcourt with the game on the line, I had zero confidence that they would win. That's poor coaching.

Ok, it's Christmas, it's gifts time, but it's a little too much there. From now, for the Clippers it's not Santa Claus anymore, but Santa Timberwolves.
