BallFour--Not everyone lives in the city, and not everyone even lives on a busy highway! Some of us live miles off on gravel roads with half-mile driveways. Yes, there is some risk to unleashed dogs where we live, but my dogs live a king's life in general. Most dogs like this have a small territory they regularly patrol, and are happy to stay home.

It's a great story, but you really should invest in a fence. It will be a great peace of mind for you and so much safer for your dogs.
