Their customer service is great and trustworthy. We've bought major appliances from them 3 times in the past few years. Two of those sales involved sales staff basically saying "No, you don't need that more expensive model" or "you'd just be paying extra for a fancy looking button, the machine inside is the same as this cheaper one over here."

The timing of this article is good as we are entering the market to update our kitchen. I will be sure to call Warners' Stellian. Nice to see the "little guy" be a big player.

"What does the name stellian refer to?" Well, Mr. Stellian, of course... Actually a combination of Steve and Lillian (Farkas), the original owners.

Never did business with Warners' Stellian...until today. I will pick up a washer. I guess I will find out just how good a job they do. Stay tuned.

We just finished a complete kitchen remodel and Warner-Stellian earned our business. Their Edina store in gorgeous and since my wife wanted the high-end products, that was the place to go. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and great service.

Visited a store a few months back in need of new appliances with no intention to buy at the time. Worked with a really good salesperson who took the time to educate my wife and I on our options and I walked out with new stuff. I won't buy from anyone but these guys moving forward. Great business and glad to see the recognition.

We've purchased all major appliances from these folks over the years and even though the big-box stores may have lower prices, the customer service more than makes up for the difference. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
