Federal judge grants preliminary injunction in Oklahoma lawsuit against birth control mandate

OKLAHOMA CITY — A federal judge granted an injunction Friday that prohibits the government from enforcing the federal health care law's requirement that insurance coverage include access to the morning-after pill and similar contraceptives on almost 200 religious organizations that have filed a class-action lawsuit to block the mandate.

Who appointed this judge? When will we we get past the religious fantasy (hallucination actually) that enables our personal rights to health to become subject to the will of religious extremists? Don't we have a constitutional right to keep personal beliefs out of the public policy area?
