Delay and obstruct. Typical game plan for these types of activist groups. After that is sue and settle if they can get away with it. Read the proposal and then comment on the SDEIS with your own opinion.

Delay, delay, delay. I'm sure the obstructionists will find some animal that will be endangered also, that's usually their final gambit.

So what's the rush? Is the mining site going to melt? Processing a 1,200 page proposal isn't a simple task. A study group should also visit mining sites around North America and see what has been done.
