I'm officially bored with fighting against this. I fought for a long time. I gave up. Build and let's make the best of it.

(article quote): “Nothing prohibits us from acquiring a park and giving it to the Park Board,” said Deputy City Attorney Peter Ginder, in a hearing that lasted about an hour. ---- Where in the MPRB meeting minutes does the MPRB address this new park? When did they vote to "accept" a park? Where is the park's master plan? Where is the MPRB member support? Not one person has spoken. Crickets. Why? Who will be responsible for holding the alcohol permit in the park so we know who to sue? Who will pay for its maintenance, repair, upgrade, etc? The taxpayers again? Can the taxpayers "forward this park" to a corporation so we're not stuck paying for Zygi's outdoor patio?
