ill the tribune follow up on this and see if she merely jumps over to another government employer? After this I don't think she should be hired by any government body, at least not at any supervisory level.

"Minnesota, a historically progressive state, fully embraced the state-run health exchange" Except that it didn't - the GOP-controlled legislature dragged it's feet for 2 years. It wasn't authorized until March of this year. This is a fully unsupportable claim and the article should be updated.

The firing is a smokescreen. Don't be distracted. Dayton jumped on the Obamacare bandwagon early on, and now MNsure is proving to be a disaster just like Obamacare is. Anyone who thinks government can run huge programs successfully and control peoples' lives needs to get off the Kool-Aid.

Not wanting to be on the phone for hours on hold to ask a question, I used the "contact us" link on the MnSure web page, and submitted a question I had. This was on December 9. I got a auto reply back almost right away that they had received my question, and would get back to me. This was that response. "Thank you for submitting your request. We have received your request and are working on responding to you as soon as possible." Now December 18th, and not an answer back yet to my question. If she was a Wall Street banker, she'd have been given a bonus. Seriously, I'm glad that she wasn't given a severance package, but people who harp on how tough it is in the private sector should note that she probably would have gotten one there.
