About 7,200 Wisconsin residents have purchased health insurance through online exchange

MADISON, Wis. — Around 7,200 people in Wisconsin have purchased health insurance through the federal website, eight times are many who had signed up through October, the deputy state insurance commissioner said Tuesday.

only 7200? I though we had 30-50 million w/o insurance. Surely more than 7200 of them reside in Wisconsin?
