Students all aboard for Northstar campaign

As government officials try to determine the commuter-rail’s course, St. Cloud students create their own advertising campaign for the line.

My marketing campaign would be even simpler: "Pay your fare. We'll take care of the other 85%. Regards, taxpayers."

They should instead campaign for wifi-freindly express bus service to/from the Twin Cities using dedicated bus/HOV lanes from Rogers and/or Elk River on into downtown Minneapolis. A far more practical and ubiquitous use of transportation and mobility resources than running a high service commuter service over a vital freight rail corridor.

All this advertising to support a system that costs tax payers almost $20 PER RIDE.
