Is it running more smoothly like the last time you told us this and then you suggested other means to sign up and then told us to not use those other means, or is this the smooth process where 25% of people who tried to sign up actually didn't? I mean you only had three plus years, 600 million tax dollars, and unlimited tech support. Can Obama do ANYTHING without wasting giant amounts of our money and failing? What a complete moron this clown is. Get back to telling the 17 plus million Americans out of work how great your economy is doing.
