Ohio State was able to run on MSU's defense, so in that way, OSU did better in the "strength v. strength" part. The key was in the "weakness vs. weakness" part, MSU's offense was far better than OSU's defense. Congratulations, Sparty. Do the B1G proud in Pasadena.
