Can you believe that ST. Paul is actually behind Minneapolis? The only thing St. Paul schools are winning under Silva is the race to the bottom. From re-segregating the schools this year to spending millions to squeeze 6th grade into middle schools designed for only 7th and 8th grade (leaving empty classrooms behind) to ending some of the longest and best pre-k programs to hobbling the schools in disciplining students this superintendent has been the worst we've ever had.
