Stocks fall on disappointing Thanksgiving holiday sales

NEW YORK — The final month of a stellar year for stocks began with a thud.

This was predicted months ago, Obamas eceonomy is in poor shape and long term unemployment and insurance policies being dropped and premium increases will make this a weak holiday shopping year.

Indeed, because low wages and incomes have made it so all you afford is the Blitz deal. This is basic macro-economics that no one seems to get. "Shoppers turned out in record numbers over the four-day Thanksgiving weekend, but plunked down less cash than they did last year." Pretty much what I said.

As Theagonybho said, "This was predicted months ago". I also said the same thing from Spring on. As usual, the writer starts off with some bad news but then always winds up saying something high. In truth, nothing is high and the stocks took a big step down for the day. It was actually down to 1500's until the last moment. Please watch these comments for the near future and the panic that is already siging in with all the retailers. America is still in a five year disembarking from the good ole days. What awaits now is another recessiion that is lurking right around the corner.
