Wild-Philadelphia game preview

Preview: The Wild is 0-3-1 in its past four and 2-4-1 in its past seven after a 13-4-4 start to the season and 7-0-1 start to the month of November. But Saturday night in Denver, Matt Cooke scored with 3:27 left and Mikko Koivu with six seconds left as the Wild rallied before losing 3-2 in a shootout. The Flyers, who earlier this season fired Peter Laviolette as coach, are 8-2-1 in their past 11. If they beat Minnesota, they will climb above .500 for the first time after a franchise-worst 1-7 start. The Wild reassigned left wing Jason Zucker on Sunday. Mike Rupp, who was away from the Wild because of a death in the family, was added to the roster.

Giroux and LeCaveiler are snipers...the Wild has none. Time for Fletch to get one that's a big presence at forward. Been too small for too long.

Rupp for Zucker? Another bad decision.

The Wild continue to underachieve and underwhelm their fan base. They cannot figure out how to put the puck in the net and haven't been able to since Gaborik, Demitra and Rolston wore Minnesota sweaters. It's a hard bunch to figure out...and I don't think Mike Yeo knows the answer. I believe a good coach with the Wild's roster would have a much better record...
