Yippee!! Now, rather than taking two or more days for our annual celebrations of gluttony and greed, we can celebrate both on the same day!

So...very much against stores being open on Thanksgiving. But after riding by Southdale at 9P.M. after lovely family day...I am clearly not in touch. The parking lot was PACKED. I hope this is at least a positive statement about the economy b/c the line were huge also on Black Friday. Lots of people do want to shop for enjoyment and price....I guess.

This year, not all the stores participated in the expansion of uber runaway consumerism. Just imagine what next year will be like when more businesses partake in this furthering of our downward spiral!

Get over it people. Who cares if black friday started on the day of Thanksgiving or extending their sales. If people want to shop let them shop! I personally enjoyed shopping with my brother all night grabbing deals on an XBOX, flatscreen, and clothes! Plus I got all my Christmas shopping done early with out breaking the bank!

I suppose it is enough to just Like America. After all stores are open on Independence day. Memorial Day. Most veterans work on Veterans day. It IS all about the dollar. Not about tradition. Not about what has made our country great. Not about giving thanks. Next would be Open on Christmas and the parking lot will be packed and it will become just another shopping day.
