  • Updated: November 29, 2013 - 1:13 PM

Injuries to the front seven have helped result in Chicago possessing the league’s worst defense against the run.

The Vikings should win this one.AD with at least 150 yds. I hope we see more of Gerhardt. He looked amazing.

why try anymore? get a Q.B. and a new H.C.

Bears will stack 8 men in box. Vikes will still run for 200 yards. But this victory depends on Chris Ponders play. And that I don't think is good enough to win.

What? Coach McCarthy really isn't a genius.

Why do we want to "Run Wild" on the Bears? Are we trying now to run from any hope next season (aka: draft a real QB)when it will count? I know Ziggy has pushed to keep Ponder as starter..not to win but to win a draft pick!

The Wilfs should just move the team somewhere else. It's stinking up the place around here.

Oh.... eight men in the box? Try again.... when you bring in the tight ends and a blocking back and put one wide receiver out there, that receiver will be single covered..... Now, the last time I checked, 11 minus 1 is ten.... and further, look at the offensive set when Gerhart was in the game and tell me what was different? Prediction: Peterson might break one or two long runs for touchdowns, but the vikes will still lose 21-20 because of our defense. The viking brain trust just better hope that Peterson does not blow a knee or ankle....

Not gonna happen. The Queens always do the opposite of whatever the trend is. When everyone else is making rookie QBs look like, well, rookies, the Vikes make them look like Hall of Famers. When teams are carving up opposing secondaries, they look like Deion Sanders and Rod Woodson when the Vikes play them. When teams are struggling stopping the run against everyone else, they look like the Williams Wall when the Vikes play them. That's just the way it is. Always has been, always will be. That is (one of) the curse(s) of being a Vikes fan.

McCarthy is a genius like: Barry Switzer is a genius, Chuck Noll is a genius, George Seifert is a genius, Mike Shanahan is a genius...etc...etc...As long as their HOF QB is upright, they can win and look like a genius but when the chips are down, Aikman out, Bradshaw out, Young out, Elway gone, then we see what they've got, and it's not much, just like the Packers! Bwaaaaaaahahahahahaha!!!

petesakes Nov. 29, 13 7:45 AM why try anymore? get a Q.B. and a new H.C. //////////////// Let me ask you a question. If you knew your big bosses were watching your office because your supervisor and co-workers weren't doing a good job, would you just quit? Would you look for a new job? Would you hope to be cut (fired?). 53 men and coaches are fighting for their jobs out there. Many won't cut it. But, the ones that do…those are the ones you want on your team next year. The ones that quit? Those are the ones you don't want. So, you can go ahead and hope for another loss to improve the draft status, but I want 53 guys out there fighting every play to keep their job. The draft status may make a loss a little bit easier, but I refuse to hope for this team to quit, roll over, and lose.
