Duluth mayor refuses hefty pay raise, calls decision 'uncomfortable and a bit painful'

DULUTH, Minn. — Duluth Mayor Don Ness says he wants his salary to stay put despite a vote to grant him a nearly $20,000 raise.

Political people are clueless about how to NOT spend money. Good for you mayor, but the dumbies still took this money from the people and put it into the general fund. Argh!

Don Ness is a class act. A lot of good governance things are happening in Duluth, and the rest of the state doesn't even know it!
