Hey, Bill. Thanks for writing about Champagne. But I have to correct a couple of things. Diebolt-Vallois is actually a negociant (NM), although they act like an RM as many smaller negociants do (e.g., Andre Clouet--not available here). Also, Nicolas (no "h") Feuillatte probably shouldn't be categorized as one of the big boys. Feuillatte is a cooperative (CM) of several growers. Another CM putting out good wine is simply named Le Mesnil (same name as the famous vineyard), and is available locally. Happy to open any of these next time I see you. Brad
