Model T found in Mississippi River muck in Winona; is anyone inside?

Investigators wonder how the car, which is at least 86 years old, sank in the Mississippi and whether there are human remains inside.

While the Model T may be at least 86 years old, how long the Model T has been at the bottom of the Mississippi is seperate matter.

Wondering if this is in the main channel, or a portion that was the main channel at some point, and if that part of the river has been dreded in the past 5 decades or so.
