ANAHEIM, Calif. — Ryan Getzlaf scored with 5.2 seconds left in overtime, Jonas Hiller made 31 saves in an emergency start to get his 18th career shutout, and the Anaheim Ducks beat the Tampa Bay Lightning 1-0 on Friday night.
