Misdemeanor prostitution stings generate a lot legal fees for lawyers, revenue for cities and overtime for police officers. The recent rash of sex trafficking pieces in the strib helps the vested interests gin up public support so they can continue their profitable war on sex. 99% of business transactions between prostitutes and johns are conducted between consenting adults. Don't believe the hype.
