What is interesting here is why people that can afford or have the insurance to get medical care at Mayo many choose to go somewhere else? You would think that the powers that be at Mayo Clinic would find that helpful. Arrogance is the great destroyer of many business and empires.

What do mean Mplsuptown1, the Apache Mall has all the latest fashions and a lot of entertainment venues. You cannot imagine a 5 star restaurant opening up there next to a Chanel specialty store? The powers that be at Mayo Clinic can even divert the waters on Silver Lake and make romantic waterways with a snap of their fingers. Can you picture it, Mayo volunteers rowing people when weather permits, on Silver Lake as a thank you for coming to the Mayo Medical Destination for all their medical needs? We cannot forget all the wonderful drinking establishments right next store in Austin. I can see it now, the people coming from all around the world and visiting the Spam museum.
