so let's see here, the article clearly states that many of the people who lost their insurance did not, I repeat did not have the so called junk policies that Obama and his supporters here claimed were being cancelled. Just another misrepresentation. Also it has been offered as fact by obama supporters that these policies were very profitable for the insurance companies. If so then they will certainly be pushing these old plans back onto their policy holders. If this proves false then so is the claim of profitability of those plans. This proclamation by Obama was done in order to place blame on the insurance companies if they do in deed decline to offer the old policies. Of course in some states they will not be able to offer their old policies because the state won't allow them. However for an insurance co to now suddenly have to change their policies back only to change them again in a year will entail huge costs and seems redundant. I doubt many of them will.

the White House is lying about this junk plan nonsense because the ObamaCare guidelines for what isn't a "junk plan" only includes 2% of the policies currently in existence. According to HealthPocket, a health-insurance consulting firm, fewer than 2 percent of individual plans on offer today meet all ACA requirements. The most frequent reason for noncompliance was not a failure to cover hospitalization, as the administration has suggested, but not providing pediatric care, including vision and dental care for children. A worthwhile benefit, perhaps, but if you are childless, it’s hard to see how lacking such a benefit makes your policy subpar.

"I was not informed directly that the website would not work correctly."...It appears that your dear leader is aware of very little that actually goes on in his administration. Thank You uninformed, uneducated voters for bringing this unmitigated fool to the White House not once, but twice so you could obtain the freebies he was lying about!

"Obama seems to be yearning for a return to earlier days, but Republicans are so adamant in opposing the health care law that it seems far from likely." ---- Yes Obama liked the one party rule, where they had total control. Now they have some opposition in the House to share the other side of this "train wreck" law.
