Bye Ty.

Who cares! Tyus has been nothing but a waste of our time. It's a no brainer he ain't going to MN. If he thinks he will be one or even two and done he should think twice. He would get beat up in the NBA.

He is a very talented HS basketball player, but WHY is this news?? Too much money and attention is thrown at these kids these days and this is a typical example of what's wrong with college athletics these days. All about "me" and nothing else. The media needs to quit giving these kids so much attention.

I think televising this on ESPN is a bit much. I guess I'm too old to understand this press conference stuff on a high school kid going to college and it's likely he may not even graduate. That doesn't make Jones a bad kid nor should MN fans be happy that some MN kids want to make sure that everyone knows they're not attending their home state school.

Just another kid that wanted his ego stroked by Minnesota to feel needed when he had no intention of ever attending. But he still let the U think they were in the mix so he could continue to get his ego stroked.

to quote Sid - "Good luck in getting a job here when you're done playing young man..." Why is this news? Is it because ESPN cares and they like us? They really like us...?

pinster44Nov. 15, 1311:33 AM

Why all this negativity? I'll be following this high school basketball bromance with all the passion I can muster...or maybe not.

slammanNov. 15, 1311:39 AM

All Gopher fans gather around and watch another talented MN kid walk away. Do yourself a favor and ignore it. What happened to quietly making a decision with your family at home? Over hyping everything in every sport is always a bad idea.
