For now, no changes are planned in Minnesota operations by new general partner Western Refining.

"(Acon and TPG) later sold and leased back 135 SuperAmerica stores for $248 million." That's a tax dodge, folks. It's one of the oldest tricks in the book.

I can't remember the last time I stopped at an SA as I only buy gas from retailers that meet the Top Tier standard and not those that sell low quality gas at the same price. Plus all of their stores are falling apart and dirty. Maybe the new owners will invest some money into fixing them.
