Great job CO Reller. I am still amazed that people will be in small boats in ANY time of year and not be wearing a life jacket. And yes, they do make them in camo.

How often do you read where in a watercraft accident the people WERE wearing personal flotation devices? Most often the opposite is true.

ARRey asks: Isn't Rick Reller the officer who lives between Swartout & Albion lakes? Weren't the hunters his neighbors? There's far more pelicans and coots on that island than there are ducks.
