Hmong culture holds the key to my son's life

Organ and tissue donation is taboo. For his sake and others’, that must change.

I joined Be the Match for that reason: that we need to broaden the search for those who are on the list and still searching--especially those of Asian-descent. I understand the cultural and spiritual implications (ie. Shamanism) of being Hmong and donating, but you have to be selfless, and if huabtais ntuj judges you harshly for this, then what type of god is he. I hope your son finds a donor. I have been on the list for about 2 years now, so if I was not a match then, I probably am not a match now, but good luck to you anyway.
