The cops don't know if the death is "natural or accidental" or homicide...Really? You don't burn the body of someone who died naturally or accidentally...

I can imagine a scenario right away where someone would burn a body after an accidental death. Guy picks up girl for "partying", does drugs with her till he passes out, wakes up in the morning and discovers she O.D.ed and is cold with no pulse. If he calls 911, the cops will charge him with murder for supplying the drugs...and even if they don't, his fiancee will leave him for cheating on her. So he panics and makes the incredibly stupid decision to try to hide it by burning the body.
