Michigan businessman claims he told US about bin Laden's hiding place, deserves $25M reward

DETROIT — A Michigan man claims he tipped federal investigators to the location of Osama bin Laden's compound in Pakistan eight years before his killing and has hired attorneys to help him collect the $25 million reward.

I think it is very possible that he is telling the truth. We don't know why the government/military/intelligence waited so long to move on it. Could have been several reasons related to logistics or wanting to track and identify bin Laden's associates. Regardless of the reason, I'm still glad we got him. bin Laden deserved to die.
