Federal judge declares some Texas abortion restrictions unconstitutional, blocks enforcement

AUSTIN, Texas — A federal judge determined Monday that new Texas abortion restrictions place an unconstitutional burden on women seeking to end a pregnancy, a ruling that keeps open dozens of abortion clinics across the state while officials appeal.

I find it rather confusing that the "get government out of our lives" crowd makes an exception for what women do with their bodies. In that one area, they want government to control everything even if it goes against a medical advice of the woman's doctor.

What does a child have to do with a women's health? When you make a 'mistake' you don't kill it if the child is a hardship you give birth and safe a life and give a adoptive couple the child. No matter how you 'sugar coat'it abort mean to terminate.
