Middleton-Cross Plains school board takes teacher pornography case to state Supreme Court

MIDDLETON, Wis. — The Middleton-Cross Plains School Board is asking the Wisconsin Supreme Court to take its case against a teacher accused of viewing pornography at work.

I've been in IT for 25+ years. "Viewing" pornography can mean as little as innocently opening a pornographic email or getting redirected to a porn site from a link that you had thought was safe, up to viewing porno for a great deal of time. We aren't being told here what was the bottom line. If you don't believe this, research what www.whitehouse.com was all about for years. But all that aside, I thought when you agree to arbitration, you agree to abide by the arbiter's decision.
