got hit by a car Christmas eve a few years ago. was able to walk on the whacked knee, sorta, and it moved in the correct directions only, so I threw snow on the thing and hobbled to the bus stop. called the wife, she was half done cooking a pheasant, so I went to the ER later. on crutches for a week. called 311 next business day, they blew me off, said I should have called 911 when it happened. what, and wreck supper? next time I call Minneapolis City Hall, it will be to ask "where's MY bribe?" like everybody else.

I don't know what you are whining about with trying to find the tip info on the MPD website. I checked right after hearing it on the news and there's a great big yellow box in the middle of the page with links to the apps and int the gray box about it-how to submit an online police report AND how to send tips.
