God, I hope the Harding injury isn't serious! Good to see Heatley get a goal, it was an empty netter on a power play, guess that's what it takes for him to score lol!

Not our best performance, but a win is a win. Maybe we found a role for Heater - Empty Net Specialist. What's it going to take for Koivu to shoot the puck when he has grade A scoring opportunity? I think he passed up on at least 3 prime opportunities tonight. I don't get that.

I think the only way Granland will score a goal is if they put in a blind goalie He has missed 6 open nets so far, passed the puck to the opposing team 8 times. I know he has 4 assists but he still is lost on the ice. Heatly is lucky Cooke was unselfish to give him his first goal of the year... Heatly is so slow on the ice compared to other players. This was another helter skelter game starting mid second period and the 3rd was worse.' Hate to think of the next 2 games agains the Hawks... there goes 4 points down the drain and every point is so critical. The hawks will be po anyway as Tampa Bay beat them is a s/o tonite and it was a great game. This team just falls apart at times it gets so sad to watch.. Parise was right, no one gets in front of the net for the garbage goals, there were 7 chances for rebounds tonite but no one was there in front of the net or no one was screening the goalie at all.. How many times do these professionals have to be told what to do.. Many foolish penalties tonite which could have cost them the game... they were lucky still need a new coach

How many of you think that Yeo has a personal thing against Haula and Zucker??? I DO He just will not bring them up for experiece He just babies Granland but maybe he has to as they hyped Granland up so much last year as this huge goal scorer and he is so fantastic. Granland has not lived up to the expectations at all so far, and I dont think he ever will The look on his face during the game is one of confusion... dont get it

Gosh Floridascott, your right. Watching the production we're getting this year (for $7 million) from Heatley doesn't feel so bad as long as I remember he once scored 50 goals 6 years ago. In fact, we should probably re-sign him to an extension based on 2007. Thanks man, I feel better!

Nice cross ice feed to Koivu at the end of the game on the PP and he tries to force a pass back door to Parise... just shoot the puck Koivu! Goaltender has to go right to left across the entire crease and Koivu refuses to shoot. Koivu always puts the pressure on the Wild to make a play to score instead of forcing the other team to make a save. It is costing us too many goals.

Hope the injury isn't extensive. Harding is a great goalie and I hope he bounces back quickly.

I was just thinking today that it's great for Harding that he was likely going to become the #1 after all these years of being a back up. This poor guy can not stay healthy. I really hope he is back asap. I don't trust Backstrom anymore.
