"Don't remain seated" Perhaps it is time to tell this to the efficiency engineering experts who are looking to eliminate any movement away from the workspace. Paperless is being pushed as less interrupton from work to go to the printer. What folks don't realize is that the longer you stay seated and "productive" the more health issues arise from inactivity. Since more and more of the health costs are being shifted to the employees, the financial impact to companies is going down.
