Bondholders accepted the $13 million bid of Northern Educate, an athletic training company.

Ramsey County, don't feel bad. This fly by night school will be belly up in 2 years, 3 years tops, and you'll be able to buy it for $9 million then.

Why did the county feel the need to get involved in a private business? Now the state, county and city can collect taxes. No need for them to compete with private business.
