He will work with infielders and try to improve base running.

Yes, by all means, let's bring in more coaches, not better players.

Might be rearranging the deck of the Titanic if we don't secure better players. Terry Ryan better look at the drafting ability of St. Louis, Atlanta and Oakland compared to the results the Twins scouting dept under Deron Johnson. Except for drafting Buxton (who might be a superstar in waiting) our starting pitching draft picks rely too much on high school talent vs. college talent. In the 2014 draft the Twins draft 5th. We need pitching that can be major league ready in no more than 3 years or a catcher as Mauer will not last forever behind the plate and Pinto is not know yet to be the answer.

This move is just window dressing. I've decided not to renew and ill not be going to any games. This is the only way to get the attention of the owners and get them to put a contending team on the field.

Why? I would think they should be running out of retired Twins as coaches pretty soon?

Good choice, why not replace Bruno with him, Maybe the hitters will attempt to hit with Paul as a coach.

maybe Molitor is really a mole for Terry Ryan

His duties for the Twins will include base running, bunting, infield instruction and positioning, and in-game strategy."------so that leaves Gardy with what, setting the lineup and pulling the starters after 6 innings/100 pitches (assuming they last that long)?

Well ladies and gentlemen, here is the big change the Twins were talking about. This, and a couple washed up pitchers. It's the "Twins Way"!

Molitor can only work with the talent he has, which isn't much right now....Just because he and Bruno are here, doesn't mean instant championship overnight.....this team needs some talent to develop, like the middle 1980's Twins teams did (Viola, Puckett, Hrbek, Etc.) Until then, not much can be expected in my mind anyway....
